Take it day by day and give yourself some kindness and grace for finding things difficult. Newborn stage isn't easy and running on little to no sleep can be so difficult.

Cosleeping and baby wearing. Those things saved me from a breakdown.

I promise you it will be the easiest thing! The last thing you need postpartum is a newborn and a rocky relationship, me and my sons father split when I was 11 weeks pregnant, the newborn stage was honestly so lovely and stress free (aside from covid hitting) I’m now pregnant with my second with my new partner and I’ve actually chosen to live apart from him because I know that I’m gunna end up doing the majority of the care anyway because I’m very particular things and also he snores like an absolute fog horn 😅

Can real labour contractions just start close together instead of being far apart and at inconsistent times to start then getting close???
I’m 37 +2 and I’ve had braxton hicks for weeks but just started having contractions about 20 minutes ago I’ve had 5 so far and haven’t timed them as of but they are a lot more intense and low down and I need to breathe through them. I’ve had no waters break idk if I’m just overthinking

Hi all; I’m due to have a C section at RUH Bath in 2 weeks and my husband is very worried about scrubs fitting - he is approx 4XL. Any tips especially from RUh but other hospitals helpful, thanks.

My little baby boy was meant to be due on the 30th October but he decided yesterday at 11:14am that he wanted to make an appearance.

So it would appear it was time for our little girl to make her appearance on the 1st October at 2205, only a week early but perfectly healthy and happy now home in the comfort of my own bed to recover ❤️

Obviously I know it’s whenever I feel ready but I had an episiotomy and a 3rd degree tear so when am I okay to even try anything, not even the full thing?
