Breast Pump Recommendations

I want to breastfeed as much as possible but we also want to pump so my husband can do some feeds too. Does anybody have any recommendations for ones that worked for them? There’s far too many options!!

I had a Philips hands-free one and that was really great (not their new in-bra one). I also tried in-bra handsfree pumps but they never suited me. The Philips one is still attached to a battery pack/pump, but it's built for on the go. It's so powerful but equally the collection cups are really soft. Plus Philips customer service are incredible and very quick if you ever have any problems 😊

Momcozy M5 is amazing, hands free and powerful. I tried the hospital grade ones and the Elvie one and neither worked as well/quickly as the momcozy. It’s also only £80 for the single pump which is a lot cheaper than most!

Nuliie from Amazon.. seems to be more on the cheaper side for the hands free version. I've had them just under 2 weeks and I'd recommend! X

Help!!!!

Someone please help me with some advice because I’m losing my absolute mind 😭
Baby is 5 months old, she has changed a lot in personality over the last month, more needy, sleep changes etc but have put it down to the 4 month regression and teething.
However, the problem that makes me want to literally cry is the car seat! She is totally inconsolable now every time she’s in the car. Why? And what can I do to help it?!

PP things I hate

Everything is stress induced anymore
My daughter has this ongoing diarrhea for 2 weeks now and I’ve gotten no sleep from it, I now have a canker sore from it, my acid reflux has more flare ups than ever. I don’t like having sex anymore (I love my partner and I still find him very attractive). Im way too overly touched (by the baby, by the dog and by him). Im 10m pp and I haven’t been able to wear a dang tampon! I don’t do pads because they are just not for me so I wear a diaper.
Please tell me if you relate to any of this at all? Or if I’m just crazy

Postpartum hair loss

Let’s see it ladies.
You’ve got to laugh or you’ll cry, let’s be honest 🤣

Edit: this is what I caught in the shower and does not include anything that went down the plug, anything that stayed on my comb, anything still attached to my body when I got out or anything that was still in the bath when I was done ✌️.
