So we went to this dinner party and everyone was there, some family friends, and my son who's 4 months old, started crying because he's not used to seeing all these people and cried for an hour straight and i left right after, i had fed him just before that, not even mine that it would've digested quickly. He cried halfway in the car, reached home and he slept.
I cried so much in the car after he fell asleep. Idk why? Idk if i felt embarrassed, idk if it was because i was hangry, idk if it was because i felt lonely, idk if it was because it took me time to get ready and i had to come early befor everyone else. I really dk. I came home i cried more and more, until my baby woke up, gave him to my husband and i called my mom like a baby, and ik she must be worried about me now, but if it felt so weird to me.

I don’t think you’re depressed, my baby is also 4 months & I think around this time having a baby really hits you & you kinda just overthink everything. Sometime I’d get upset cause my baby is crying but then I realize that I have to be patient with my self just as much as I have to be patient with my child. Nothing is wrong with us girl we just gotta learn how to get through the hard times everything will be okay! Never doubt yourself either!!
So my ex husband and I split earlier this year and we have been working on an alternating weekends type schedule so we both get some time to do whatever and have 1 on 1 time with our 1 year old daughter. (He comes over to my house as he doesnt have his own place with space for her yet)
I went out today for some drinks and said to make her a cheese and spinach omelette with a side of vegetables and chicken for dinner .... I just got home and he told me he gave her chips and part of a saveloy sausage from the chippy... I said that's too much salt for her and he said 'no I didnt put any salt on it' -_-
What would you do in this scenario? I really dont want her eating crap and this isnt the first time he has gone directly against what I've said food wise

Hi 👋🏻
I have started solids with my little one and I just find it so hard to deal with.
1 week he refused sweet potatoes, avocado, carrot, apples the only thing he seem a little interested in was oats (blended) with breastmilk
I tried purées and sticks for him to discover and try himself but he just takes the first bite then gags 🤦🏻♀️ It looks so easy for other moms why am I struggling?

So I’m not sure if it’s just a phase I’m going through or if this is actually happening so please be gentle with me!!
Don’t know if I’m out of love with my husband, falling out of love, or if it even exists in my head anymore. I know I love him but I don’t know if it’s like a best friend love or a love I have because he’s my daughter’s dad… and I’m not exactly sure how to find out.
I also think I have an ick with him, he’s constantly about sex and that’s fine! I’m a horny person but at the same time I don’t want to be asked daily if we can get down with it or if it’s a possibility for the night. I’d rather spontaneous and not trying to promise him something and not know the night outcome because of how the day is….
Any HELPFUL things you can pass along??
Don’t really want to be told to leave him because that really is easier said than done AND we have a good relationship, I just don’t know what’s going on in my head right now!
Not sure if this counts as baby daddy drama but I’m making that my place to post this so don’t get onto me about it😅

My almost 2 year old started preschool 3 weeks ago and already we have all been sick non stop. I'm extremely sick today, thankfully my husband isn't so bad and has watched the toddler most of the day. Plus every pickup he has an emotional breakdown that just breaks my heart because he misses me so much. Even when he wakes up from sleep sometimes he has a similar mealtdown. It just makes me want to quit so bad. Switch from my current job to random things like crafting and/or nanny again or freelance or anything else because as the title says uuuuuuggggghhhh
I even use to be a preschool teacher but rarely to kids completely new to preschool like this. When does it get better?
