My little one is about to turn one and I know I need to be reducing her formula intake. She does eat well but there is always a concern she isn’t eating everything she needs nutritionally. She currently has 4 150ml bottles a day. 1st one about 05:45 and the final one before bed and tooth brushing. She loves her milk so I know it will be hard to reduce. My aim is to lose the day bottles first.

I would swap the second one of the day for a snack and then after about 2-3 weeks do the same with the third one.
We were on 2 by about 14 months then one at 15 months (before bed) and dropped them all by 17 months

Why do you need to be reducing her formula intake?

By 12 months they don’t need milk as their main source is then solid foods but it is still fine to give milk as they do follow on formula etc but if your baby enjoys milk I would suggest weaning onto full cows milk as this should be introduced by that stage anyway and just swap one bottle out at a time for cows milk and add baby multi vitamins to the milk and once you have weaned to cows milk take out the 2 middle bottles and increase slightly the amount of milk in the first bottle and bedtime bottle
With my LO I started giving her midday bottle (she only had 2 bottle a day) as cows milk and kept the bedtime bottle as formula until she was used to drinking the cows milk and then started introducing the bedtime bottle as cows milk also x

Can I ask do you warm the cows milk before giving to them? My son also needs to transition 2 bottles to cows milk soon but is used to room temp not fridge temp.

HV say they only need 12oz a day of milk. But my son is on 3 8oz bottles in 24hrs. Can’t see him reducing it.
My partner does his own washing (great!) and I do mine and our toddler’s.
Sometimes I put toddler’s clothes straight in the washing machine if they are ditched, with a view that I’ll do a load later.
But this morning, my partner needed to do a load of washing and instead of washing our toddler’s clothes with his (toddler had a vest, jumper, and a top), my partner took our toddler’s clothes out, put them on the side, so he could wash his own clothes???
Why not just chuck our toddler’s clothes in with his?
This has happened twice now and he’s never washed our toddlers clothes

Husband wants me to stay off my phone when breastfeeding day or night. He says the phone is too close to the baby's head. Husband is annoyed that I said No. I'm up doing nights and baby's in my arms and I should stay off my phone. Ridiculous. He said i should read or listen to something instead.
😒
Thoughts? Anyone else doing this.
FYI i'm not on my phone all feeds. Just at 3 something in the morning when I have had minimal sleep yes I am on my phone trying to stay awake.

My little girl is 15 weeks and for the last 3ish weeks has been fighting every day time nap, and bedtime.
She doesn’t have strict wake windows and I just follow her sleepy cues, which are usually rubbing eyes, yawning, and staring into space. When she gets to this point I will give her her dummy to soothe into sleep, but she resists it to the point I have to rock her whilst she screams for 20 minutes before finally falling asleep.
She only wakes twice in the night around 1:30 for a feed and again at 6:30.
Is there a way to stop this or will she just naturally learn to fall asleep peacefully one day? 😂
