Poonami stain

Hey, ive had a few poonamis or just where she wiggled so much it sneaks out the side of the nappy but its stained a couple of really nice babygrow outfits!! Ive tried chat GPT for advice to get rid of the stains but has anyone got any tips? I really dont want to have to get rid of them xx

Get Napisan! That stuff works miracles. I soak the clothes in cold water and Napisan, then wash as normal and then sorted!

I personally wash out the poo straight away in the sink, leave them soaking and then wash them at 60degrees with Fairy.
They are like new.

Wash the poo in cold water asap then put some normal washing up liquid on it. Rub vigorously for a min or so then wash with detergent normally. Also helps if you can dry it in direct sunlight should take the remainder of the stain out if there is anything left

I use OxiClean spray, it’s gotten poo stains out of everything (even our white couch). I let the spray sit for an hour or so, rinse with hot water, and then wash as usual.

Stepkids (12F, 17M) hating the new pregnancy.. how to handle?

Hey everyone, looking for advice on navigating some tough stepfamily dynamics.

My partner and I have been together for a while. There was a lot of drama with his ex at the beginning, so the kids didn't like me initially. I get why the transition was hard, but we're running into a wall now that I gave birth.

The 12-year-old daughter has been super moody and upset about the pregnancy, especially stressing over whether it's a girl (we waited till I gave birth to find out the gender). On a recent FaceTime (which included the ex and the 17yo son), she literally sat in the background the whole time texting, ignoring us completely.

It really unsettled me especially the thought of her resentment if I had a daughter. I gave birth to a baby boy but still.

How do you guys handle stepkids who are openly resentful about a new baby, and how do you set boundaries with FaceTime calls when the ex is involved? Any advice is appreciated!

Sudden mama only phase

My LO is 9 weeks, since last week he suddenly only wants me. He used to take a bottle ebm from my husband and be soothed by my dad/brother — now he refuses both and only calms when I hold him. Contact naps only, cries when put down.

Don’t get me wrong , i love him so much but sometimes need to step away 🥲😥 my back is killing me from holding him all day and sometimes I just need to function.— and right now I can't, because he won't settle for anyone else. My husband used to offer one bottle of ebm per day so that i can get a few hours of uninterrupted sleep but now that’s also impossible

Is this a phase? Will appreciate any tips

Taking baby shopping

I feel absolutely insane but I'm nervous to take my almost 4 month old out shopping with me lol. I was hoping he'd be able to sit in the cart so I don't have to bring in the car seat. Should I just put him in a baby wearing carrier? Why do I feel like I'm making a bigger deal out of this than it should be 😂

Maternity Bras - big boobs!

Hi, just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for maternity bras for big boobs. Not necessarily needing breastfeeding friendly, but something comfortable and soft with support.

I am 9 weeks pregnant and my boobs already are spilling out of my current bras and they are soooo heavy and sore.

I'm a 36G normally but will need to go up 🙃 (genuinely thought they couldn't get any bigger 😂😂)
