how to stay sane and not overthink everything

how are we all dealing with not freaking out over everything and being constantly anxious?

i just had the ittiest bittiest discharge that was like faintly light pink, and i mean more light peach if anything, and it wasn’t runny or spotting and i haven’t had any cramping or otherwise. but im so freaked out? thankfully i have a scan on monday, but with how much is online it’s hard to not panic and catastrophize.

would love love love any tips ❤️

Its totally normal to worry.
I was exactly the same but due to pervious miscarriage it made the anxiety worse.

Only thing I'd say is you know your body & if something feels off go get checked.
They'd honestly rather check you out & everything be ok rather than you saying nothing at all.

As you're so early in pregnancy spotting can be perfectly normal (implantation bleed), i had the exact same at 7 weeks with my girl & everything was fine. Hope the scan goes well on Monday 🤞

As long as you’re not having severe cramps or heavy bleeding you’re more than likely fine! Im going on 22 weeks & literally just stopped spotting about 1 week & 1/2 ago due to a polyp on my cervix; that was nothing to worry about. It worried me before finding out the cause but everytime I got checked she was absolutely fine & healthy. Sometimes you can spot during pregnancy for unknown reasons. I wouldn’t worry too much just say a prayer & get checked if you absolutely feel obligated. ❤️

Anyone else get pregnant 5m pp post section.

Just found out I'm currently pregnant again (completely unexpected) im 5m pp after my last section.
Completely freaking out as I'm due just before I get married & it being so close to my last section 🙈.

Has anyone else got pregnant so close to a section and everything been ok?

Anxiety before find out your pregnant??

Has anyone else had an unexplained panic attack when you did nothing to trigger it and haven't had one in quite a few years? I read that being pregnant can be a cause because of hormone fluctuations.

Due in 4 days

Feeling so bleh, it’s like this pregnancy will never end and I’m just so anxious and excited to meet my daughter. Having some intermittent contractions at night but baby girl is too cozy in there and doesn’t seem like she wants to come out anytime soon.

Being patient but the anticipation for my first labor and delivery experience is driving me crazy :( anyone else feeling the same?

This is so weird but…

Does anyone else feel like their baby is gunna drop out when they crouch down

I’m due end of December and I feel like my baby is sooo big already, this is my 3rd child and my eldest is only 3.5 so quite small age gaps, I have a midwife appointment on Tuesday so will definitely bring it up
