Possible Reflux? Help Me Mummas 😩😩

So my nearly 7 week old is exclusively breastfed and since about 2 weeks has been bringing up her milk after feeding 9 out of 10 times. Sometimes it’s small amounts and watery, other times it looks like the whole feed and can be curdled and flies out of her mouth etc.

Have been to see the gp, they suggested to try expressing my milk for 2 days and feeding from a bottle so I know how much she’s getting each feed as I could be ‘over feeding’ her (I’ve always been told you can’t over feed a breastfed baby) 🤷🏼‍♀️😅, she then said if no improvement to try going dairy free for a week, I explained this to my health visitor and she said if there’s no other symptoms then she highly doubts it’s a dairy allergy and is confident it’s bad reflux (which the bottles won’t be helping with as she’ll be taking in more air).

I’m just at a total loss and no idea what to try next, she’s so uncomfortable after every feed, arching her back when trying to burp her and when she does eventually burp, up comes the milk!

She’s putting on weight nicely and lots of wet nappies and poos as well so just looking for any suggestions at all from other mums who have maybe been through similar because this mumma is so tired of having a visibly uncomfortable baby after feeding when it should just make her feel content 🥲🥺

My son also was visibly uncomfortable after feeds and crying all day long from pain so my health visitor suggested starting him on baby gaviscon for possible silent reflux which the doctor then prescribed and since then he’s been a different child - so much calmer and comfortable. So maybe worth seeing if your doctor will prescribe baby gaviscon?

My girl is 6 weeks and this is a mirror of what we have been going through. Exclusively breastfeeding too, if shes got normal wet nappies she is well hydrated and also putting on weight fine? We have been through all avenues, my girl has baby acne too and initially thought cows milk protein allergy but it isnt. Some babies are just refluxy.

Have you noticed a difference in your let down? My right boob is waaaay faster and causes more sick as she gulps and can't yet seem to keep up, I either hand express or pump a few mins first to let the initial flow down.
Also her dad has started giving her a bottle that I have pumped and we use extra slow teat TT and she can tolerate that fairly well.
Also hold her up for as long as possible after every feed, really tough when she feeds every 2 hours. I am always worried she isnt getting enough in her stomach if shes so sick but she has the nappies and is gaining weight. I also dont think you can overfeed a breastfeeding baby. How often/for how long do you feed?x

Baby doll

Anyone get their son a baby doll? Did they love it?
Thinking of getting mine one for christmas as he's gravitated towards one a couple of times at a toddler group. For context my son will be 18 months, nearly 19 months at Christmas.

Refusing nap at age2 help!

My little one is 2y 2m old. She has just all of a sudden stopped napping. Nursery told me they spend half hour with her and she won't sleep and same at home. I'm really worried nursery will stop trying. But she just will not settle down at all all of a sudden. Help please. It's way too early for her to drop the nap!

CMPA? (Photo)

My baby is really congested overnight. She’s always congested - but particularly more snorty after a bottle of Kendamil. She’s primarily breast fed with one bottle of formula a day in the afternoon. Her poops are also explosive and look like this. Does this look like CMPA, so sorry for the photo! Two first poops from two different mornings. Will add the second to the comments.

Travelling with a 1 year old

Can I put a car seat in the front passenger seat for travelling with my baby?! He hates the car and just cries if he’s in the back by himself. I have family 4 hours drive away and I have to do the travel alone most of the time. It’s so stressful and exhausting trying to entertain him and I can’t just let him cry. How do you travel with a baby who hates the car? 😩

Sleepless nights due baby nonstop crying on and off for over 2/3 hours

I’m literally at breaking point, with my baby, his 3 week old and there’s some nights where he will do a screaming party in the early hours of the morning and it’s nonstop crying and I feel like a awful mum for it, I try everything to settle him and he not having none of it, and when I got my son checked at hospital because I was so worried they said he was healthy which is good news that he healthy just feel deflated and hopeless mum, and it’s destroying my mental health, at the minute.
I don’t remember my oldest boy being anything like this, I remember doing feeds and he’d stay up but not the screaming constantly.
