My baby doesn’t nap longer than 30-40 minutes - still on 4 naps a day.
She is EBF but we have started weaning and trying to introduce a bottle of formula as worried she might be hungry
She’s up a lot in the night. Don’t know if she’s cold, hungry or just being difficult
Anyone else experiencing this?
Last night her longest stretch I think was an hour and a half!!

She can’t connect her sleep cycles. She’s most certainly not being difficult x
Oh I know she’s not. But she has done longer stretches before so that’s why it’s confusing

Might be worth looking into sleep training. There's a few methods out there but it will help her connect her sleep cycles.

We've only just really transitioned to 3 naps but he still more often than not needs help connecting the two sleep cycles together for that lunchtime long nap!
We've also just hit teething though this week and it's by far been my toughest hurdle with getting him to nap but I w just kept to the routine and he seems to be settling into it again 😅 God only knows what next week will bring ha!
I just tried a zillion different things to help him to connect the sleep cycles but we've settled on chest patting. I categorically never get him out of the crib unless we hit proper crying not just moaning and he's getting good and drifting back off
Mine has had a stinking cold for three weeks!!!!! I think we are finally coming out of it. But that certainly hasn’t helped.
I’m thinking once that’s gone I will start the training.

My little one is still on 4 naps a day. Is that too many?

Mine also has 4 but really trying to transition to 3. His are also about 35/45 mins long. Has done longer ones in the past but I think teething isn’t helping at the mo
Hi! I can’t stand the weird smell of any of the blue non bio washing stuff. Is there anything else that can be used for washing newborn? Something that smells a bit better 😬

Hi
I need to stop dream feeding my baby at night when he wakes up. How do you do this or transition? He is mainly breastfed but I’ve started to give a bottle on the night on the last feed before he sleeps

Anyone else a c section, co sleeping, breastfeeding mama and your body is just in bits? I don’t know if my bed is just uncomfortable postpartum or if it’s my body and cosleeping/breastfeeding positions. I feel like stretching helps a little but my hips and lower back especially are awful, but generally I just feel so achy and uncomfortable most of the time. Is it just me?

Anyone have a car seat where your toddlers head doesn’t fall forward when they fall asleep??

I'm curious...when your baby wakes overnight, what is it waking them up? Is it hunger or something else? My little boy (breastfed) only wakes for two nights feeds (which is great!) but wakes himself up after wriggling/flapping about in his sleep every 1.5/2 hours too 😬
