My baby is 2 weeks old and it truly seems like she hates me.
I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. My husband can easily calm her down but I can’t seem to do the same. She will be totally fine with him and the second he passes her to me, she will start crying.
I’m having a really hard time with it. Any advice?

Babies can really feel your anxiety or any form of stress - my girl is like this with her dad, but you just need to keep going at it and you’ll find your way. Keep going 💕

You’re baby doesn’t hate you! She literally grew in you. She loves your voice and your heart best is her favorite song. She’s a little human and It will take time to learn her likes and dislikes. Don’t be so hard on yourself mamas!

How often do you talk to her and are you breastfeeding? That usually helps when it comes to bonding with your child and making them feelbmore close to you (so i’ve been told)

Oh yes and the advice. Try more skin to skin with her. Laying her stomach on yours when feeding on placing her ear/ head on over your heart 🥰

Just relax and get some sleep. Don’t worry. It’s your baby. She loves you! Maybe your husband is very good with babies. It’s awesome!

Babies also tend to release their emotions with those they feel the safest. It’s why some babies seem fine at daycare until they see their parents and only start crying then. You might also be the one who responds to her needs the most, so as soon as she’s with you, she’s letting you know that she needs something because she knows you will respond to her and take care of her. Babies are not capable of feeling our definition of “hate” at this stage. Don’t knock yourself down!

My baby is 3 weeks old. In my opinion, the reason they cry with us is because they know they get warmth and comfort from us. For the first 2½ weeks, I wouldn't even get to cuddle my baby he cried every time I held him because he wanted to eat. Everytime. So I started cuddling him while he was asleep. He's doing a lot better now that he eats as much as he needs to. I'd try cuddling her while she's asleep and giving you and her some time. ♡
Hi! I can’t stand the weird smell of any of the blue non bio washing stuff. Is there anything else that can be used for washing newborn? Something that smells a bit better 😬

Hi
I need to stop dream feeding my baby at night when he wakes up. How do you do this or transition? He is mainly breastfed but I’ve started to give a bottle on the night on the last feed before he sleeps

Anyone else a c section, co sleeping, breastfeeding mama and your body is just in bits? I don’t know if my bed is just uncomfortable postpartum or if it’s my body and cosleeping/breastfeeding positions. I feel like stretching helps a little but my hips and lower back especially are awful, but generally I just feel so achy and uncomfortable most of the time. Is it just me?

Sleep regressions at 4 months almost 5 months…. And dealing with eczema flare up! I’m a tired mama these days. Super sensitive and zoning in on my husband’s tones and energy. Living with MIL! She’s great most days however, managing energy is WORK…
I feel like I’m falling behind somehow and it’s only Wednesday!
