First steps - walking already
Hi mums!
My baby did her first three steps just 2 weeks before she turned 9 months.
She then did several times 1 or 2 steps, but then she lose her balance.
Has any other Jan baby done a few steps?
If so, how long after your baby started walking ? š„¹

Yhh we had 3-4 steps but since then it was just one or 2 every couple of days and now we get one or 2 steps a couple of times a day. I think it's just gradual and they'll get more confident with time x
My littlest isn't walking yet but with my eldest it was a process over about 3 months from the first stumbly steps he took to full-fledged walking without falling over.
Has she attempted to crawl at all or gone straight to walking?
My little one hasn't made an attempt to either one yet x

Scan pictures not available at 12w scan- alternatives?
I had my 12w scan this morning at St Thomasā but they said they have run out of scan paper so canāt provide photos from the appt. Obviously,our top priority is baby being healthy (and it was - v wriggly!) but I canāt help feeling a bit sad that we donāt have the strip of photos as weāve planned to visit my family up north in 2 weeks and wanted to share them.
We had 6w scan at Fetal medical centre on Harley street which gave us the strip, but they will now only do full Nuchal at 12w which is Ā£200, and we had a 10w scan at Hey Baby Clapham, but they gave you photos like 6x4 photo paper and Iād love the strip so itās immediately obvious what it is, and to save for future memory book etc!
Sorry if this sounds so silly, I know itās only a strip of photos, but has anyone else had any private scans that will do photos at 12w that doesnāt cost the full price of a detailed Nuchal scan?

Braxton hicks
Is anyone experiencing Braxton hicks yet?
This is my third pregnancy and Iāve never experienced them before, Google says it feels like fake contractions and tighten tummy etc but honestly this feels different to any contractions Iāve had before. Itās like a pressure build up and so often a sharp pain
(I have been to triage and all is good)
Such a weird experience compared to what I was expecting it to be like

Being kicked by the baby in the cervix???
Anyone getting kicks that you feel in your cervix / vagina? I get it for maybe 30 mins and then nothing for a couple of hours, then at it again. As it's so irregular I'm pretty certain it's nothing more ominous happening but does feel weird.
