It’s like a period and you will bleed on the next week or so.

Don’t class it as a period and give your self a period to make sure everything is flushed out.

If you don’t allow your self to have a period before getting pregnant again you will risk getting infection.

I know this as a fact as someone who’s had 2 chemical and one miscarriage at 8 weeks.

I am sorry you are going through this, bleeding after a chemical is similar to a very heavy period, cramps can be stronger, and fatigue may be greater. Usually it starts within a few days of HCG returning to zero, I would expect it by this weekend. With mine it started the day after I got a negative test again. I ovulated and had my next period at the normal expected times though some folks will have a delayed next ovulation or period.

If you are wanting to get pregnant again, you do not have to wait, you can try as soon as you ovulate again, though many skip a cycle for timing and to allow themselves to grieve their loss which is so valid. There is zero evidence to support an increased risk of infection after a chemical pregnancy. Studies that have been been on pregnancies after chemical pregnancy actually show a higher rate of live birth if conceived within 3 months. My daughter that I'm currently pregnant with was conceived immediately after a chemical.
