Hi, happy to be messaged. My fiance has no sperm so slightly different but happy to chat ☺️

We had really low sperm count. My husband had an op where they took out the sperm (they actually took out cells from him and grew sperm from the cells which is crazy). I had no issues so it was all male factor. We now have two amazing kids. I know they can do a lot with supplements and diet etc and hope that count increases but we wanted to get on with things as quickly as possible. It was definitely more expensive but all worth it in the end. Wishing you all the best of luck with it all

My husband and I had unexplained infertility. Turns out God's timing was real. But we did iui before considering ivf. I know everyone's situation is different, but i noticed many doctors recommend iui vefore ivf since its a lot less expensive and invasive
