I don’t suppose anyone else has had a c-section swiftly followed by appendix/gall bladder removal & can give a realistic idea of how long it’ll take to feel more normal again?
I’m 7w post c section & had both the above removed this week and currently feel like I’ve taken 10 steps back from a recovery point of view so would love to hear a real life experience!

The best to ask would be your nurse or a doctor

I had a c section 9 weeks ago and then a gallbladder removal yesterday. It sucks but it will get better. I am sore but know by next week I’ll feel almost normal. Give yourself at least 2 weeks but full recovery is likely 6 weeks

My daughter didn't have them this close together BUT she said the gall bladder was 10X worse than twins c-section and took for EVER to recover. I had 3 c-sections (again not same i know and years apart) BUT i do know the 3rd one was the hardest recovery! I think the more surgeries you have the worse recovery is (like after each one) listen to your body and rest as much as you can!

I can't properly answer, and I expect there might not be many people who could. And my gosh you must be a strong woman!
My mum just had a gallbladder removal, nothing else. But she's 75. She was back to normal in 5 days.
With my c section I took a long time for me to feel normal around the wound. Probably 12 weeks. And that was simple with no complications.
Go easy on yourself. It's crazy what a mother's body goes through, even without the extra procedures you have had.
You will also have hormonal ups and downs. I am wishing you a speedy recovery and lots of strength xx

Had my gallbladder removed soon after a c-section. Had it removed by emergency surgery because I had a kidney stone blocking 3 organs...
We’re on the fence about two names and one is from my favourite book but I’ve loved the name Freya since I can remember, Feyre is such a cute whimsical name but I also know everyone will say it wrong or ask about the book 🙈 can’t stop loving it though! 🩷 help please!

Hope everyone is doing well on here.
I had my growth scan yesterday, and originally, the twins were estimated at 28 weeks and were weighing around the same (2.9ilbs/2.6ibs) but the consultant just wanted to double check on my upper twin as they were measuring a little bit smaller than the lower twin.
So today, everything went well. I enjoyed seeing them cuddled up, and both were breached position.
They're now at 3.14 lbs, so I'm overall carrying like 6 pounds and 4.5 ounces altogether (help) 😅🤣
But I'm curious how much dud your guys' babies are all weighing at the moment or at 30 weeks.
Let me know, and I hope everyone is doing ok 🩷🥰
