If its hemmorhoids you will feel protusion most likely… if its not hemmorhoids is your poop hard? Maybe take some
Miralax and make sure you dont stay on the toilet more than like 5-7 minutes. Seriously. Since ive been pregnant ive had hemmorhoids, the worst ive ever had and i took miralax, and made sure i never spent more than 5-7 mins and also took baths just filled the tub with water enough to cover my butt with like a cup and a half of baking soda,. Just try nit to sit on toilet too long and only when you really need to go and dont push too hard, if its not coming out just be done at 5-7 mins and try later.

Yes ma’am 🙋🏽‍♀️ that’ll be the hemorrhoids. I’m 6wks PP and am still scared to poop 🙃

Prepration H has helped a lot with soothing & keeping the inflammation down. It’s a topical ointment and you can be very generous!!!

Tuck’s witch hazel pads are great for wiping - soothing and good for making sure you’re clean! They also sell a combo pack with a topical lidocaine cream 💯

& stool softeners! MiraLax helped IMMENSELY the first 2 weeks and then I switched to the generic pill from amazon.

I also recommend trying to shower after you poop… the hot water helps a lot!

Struggled until 5/6 months pp!! Bulk fiber like Metamucil in the morning and maybe 2x a day and miralax in the late afternoon to avoid tummy upset. And get some suppositories in case it’s too painful to go.

I swear I was eating enough fiber and drinking a lot of water so idk why I had a hard time either. It must be the hormones bc I don’t think I had hemorrhoids?
