Has anyone else got a seriously stubborn bubba who seems to have absolutely NO intention of making an appearance? 😂😭
I’m 40+6, 3cm dilated, had 3 sweeps, lost A LOT of mucus, and had 3 evenings of contractions after my second sweep… only for everything to completely stop and NOTHING since! 🫠
Now I’ve got an induction booked for Monday, so it looks like our October baby girl might just become a November baby girl! 🍂🤎
At this point, I think she’s far too comfy in there… but Mumma has officially had ENOUGH! 😂🤰🏼

I’m in same situation, my first came at 39+2
2nd came at 39+1
But this time I’m currently 40+3 and had two sweeps so far and nothing. Got another booked for Friday and one booked Monday then Monday I’ll be getting booked in for a induction date if nothings still happening 😩

Yep! 40+4 today, got second sweep tomorrow and hoping that does something, otherwise induction will be next week some time.
I think we might have a November baby too at this rate!! I feel like im losing my mind with the wait 😅😅

I had same. 40 +3 I was 2cm but couldn't sweep as my cervix was too long. 40+4 my mucus plug went. 40+6 i was fed up and messaged my team to ask to be induced sooner they agreed to see me next day. I did some extreme squatting and successfully did manage the known most effective technique 🍆😉 to get things going. Midnight hit and my waters broke at 41 weeks dead on and had her early hours 41+1.

Got to finally meet my girl last week at 40+7 after a sweep and loads of yoga trying to get her in the perfect position

Yeah I am 40 +1 and no signs!

I have a stubborn one too. She's been head down since August and engaged for the past 3 weeks.
Lost my mucus plug twice.
I've been offered a sweep, but have mixed views on having one.
I'm so fed up! I have a broken foot (had surgery) I have to keep it elevated 22+ hours a day (need to learn to walk again) I feel like that may be slowing my labour down as I am not mobile walking around or bouncing on a ball etc xxx

Ahh I’m glad I’m not the only one! 41+3 today! Had two sweeps! Mucus plug gone and just waiting for the contractions to start! They want to induce me on Sunday! I’ve been walking and lunging like a mad woman, the dancing, the stretches, the tea the use of the other half! This baby has been told plenty of times it’s lovely out here and there’s a lot more room!
Only thing is the low low pressure of her being so low is painful now! Hoping I’m not confusing that feeling with contraction pains

Also thinking the jokes guna be on me and I’ll end up howling at the moon like a werewolf on Halloween 😂
Get your hospital bags ready guys, you never know what’s going to happen! (I knew this was going to happen though)

I just had my 6 week check for me and baby, Is it normal for them not to see ur c section scar? It was a very quick appointment for me where they asked if my mood was okay and if I wanted contraception. I’m just guessing that I’m now able to get a bath, lightly exercise ect…

I was super excited to make it to 24ws. However OB check up was yesterday, since being seen every week in the high risk clinic I am now on a heart monitor. After experiencing several heart palpitations docs are concerned. I got a EKG done in the beginning of pregnancy because I was experiencing heart palpitations which ofc came back normal. Now I’m finally being monitored. I’m happy and sad b/c it’s so much with having an autoimmune disease and being pregnant. My first child is 3 and I didn’t have to go through any of this. Some days are definitely easier than others 😮💨
Is anyone else on a heart monitor or have been while pregnant?

I woke up the other night with extreme cramp in my calf, it eased after a while but I can still feel it a few days later. My calf just feels so tight.
Anyone else experience this? And what can I do to help?
