I’m anxious all the time 😖

At 7 months postpartum I decided things were not getting better just with therapy alone and asked for medication, I was very scared cause I’ve never been on any medication before but it worked great! I have always been very anxious but postpartum made it worse for sure so if you still feel so anxious just want to say to not be scared of some medication it can actually help a lot and make this experience much better

7 months PP for me and My brain doesn’t function right half the time 😩 but I think ,
What does your anxiety look like?

I am one year postpartum! One year and a few days it took me forever to get over the peak of my postpartum anxiety now I feel like it’s turned into OCD

Yeah my kid is almost 15 months and the postpartum anxiety/depression and hair loss is still going strong.
However it didnt kick in for me until he was around 6months

I am almost 11 months postpartum and been having postpartum anxiety. I’m anxious most of the time and I even wake up in the middle of the night anxious.

I’m just entering my baby’s 3 month old stage and transitioning her to her crib (we did decide to keep it in our room cause she’s a great sleeper) but I’m exploding with anxiety. She’s also at that inbetween size of 13lbs where she doesn’t fit her halo sleep sack because she shoulders are too small but she also has outgrown her halo swaddle sack (she’s been arms out and it wrapped around her belly since 3 weeks) and I guess it’s just a lot of changes around sleep that I’m nervous about. We also got the Graco deluxe crib and toddler mattress as a gift and I’m losing my mind because it’s not double sided so I’m like are we sure this is safe, it is, but I’m just a ball of anxiety. 😥 I need help lol

I struggled bad, and I love to remind my self “none of the bad thoughts have happened , because they aren’t happening “ then I knock on wood because I have PPD-OCD

11mo here and while the day-to-day is fine (now), my anxiety has come back tenfold every time I realize that in less than 3 months I have to leave my daughter for a minimum of 24 hours while I go 2.5 hrs away to give birth to our second girl 🙃

I hate it. I’ll never be okay with it. I already just want to get it over and done with.

I’m 16 months pp and really struggling with intense anxiety. I can’t even sleep because it’s so bad. Just recently got insurance again but will be reaching out to my dr to get on a daily anxiety med as it’s just too much for me to handle.

8 months pp and still drowning. I love being outside though. Being cooped up was part of the problem

When’s too early?

Unrelated to babies or pregnancy but, how early is everyone putting their tress up. I’m already debating it 😂🙈

Has anyone had to be tested for GTT at 24 weeks?

I went for a routine 24 week appointment today and the midwife said I was measuring big. She said she's going to send me for glucose testing and a scan to check baby's growth. They have already booked me in for a scan first thing in the morning, which has got me a bit stressed out. I know nothing has been confirmed yet and she also said its very inaccurate the way they measure with a tape measure.. has anyone else been in this situation?

Anyone expecting or already had a second baby?

How are you preparing? How are you feeling or doing if you had one already?

New sibling worries!…

I’m a “step” mom to a 12 yr old girl who i have been fully active and close w her since she was 4.5 yrs old. Bm is still in the picture and we have 50/50. So I have always felt like and just refereed to her as my daughter and not even stepdaughter and she has called me the same just mom and not stepmom. This was all natural from us by choice mutually between my “step” daughter and I. So now I’m 6 weeks pregnant w a sibling for her and she doesn’t know yet. We wanna wait till end of first trimester to tell her for obvious reasons…. Now the real issue is how I’m feeling abt it… my biggest fear even before getting pregnant is that when we would have more kids, that my first baby (“step” daughter) would feel like it’s different and like my other babies I love my JUST bc I birthed them and not her… she looks JUST like her dad and nothing like me at all. She is dirty blonde like her dad and I’m Latina and mixed…. Nothing wrong w that at all. but it just all adds into it. I’m worried abt how she may feel like replaced for my by her new sibling, and especially since ik her bio mom and others will put something like this in her head and feed here these lies that make her feel replaced (either intentionally or unintentionally). And my other fear is maybe it’s true tho?!…. Everyone has always told me “oh! It will be sooo different tho once you’re, you know, a REAL mom. And you have YOUR OWN kid.”… and that would pmo so much bc I do everything and I AM a real mom and she IS my own kid. Not blood but we are so close it feels like sometimes I forget I didn’t carry and birth her myself! And sometimes she forgets too tbh lol. My point is, I would do anything for my baby girl now. And I don’t want anyone making her feel, me feel, or trying to convince us otherwise. Have any other women been thru something like this?! Any advice is helpful pls… I’m having a really hard time when I should be happy and excited to have another child.
