6 months on Sunday:
9-10:30 nap
12:30-2 nap
4-4:20 nap
6:45/7 bed

Diabolical 😂😂😂
We try to nap at 9, 12 and 4 but doesn’t always go to plan

9-9:30 - nap 1
11:45-1:30 - nap 2
4-4:30- nap 3
7 - bed time

08.00 wakes
09.30 bottle
13.00 bottle
16.30 bottle
19.30 bottle
20.00 bed
He naps after every bottle but no set time, just some point before his next bottle for half an hour.

EBF, 6 months old, 3 naps a day, sometimes 2, totalling 1.5-2 hours daytime sleep. We don’t have set times for naps, I go by her cues and how long she’s been awake, they usually fall within 2-3 hours of her waking from the last one, so it’s usually something like this:
9-11 first nap starts
1-11 second nap starts
4-6 last nap start if she has one sometimes if the second nap starts later we don’t do third nap
timings all depend when she wakes which is usually between 7:30-8:30
bedtime between 7:30-8:30 and then sleeps 10-12 hours straight at night x

5 months my twins have about 3 naps a day sometimes 4 depends on how they go during the day etc and I just give bottles 5 times a day inbetween and they sleep through the night it’s a routine but it’s not set in stone

6 months old in 2 weeks.
Bedtime 8pm wake 6:30am
Nap 1 between 8:30/9 usually 1-1.5hrs
Nap 2 around 12:30/13:00 30mins to 1hr
Nap 3 15:30-1600 1hr-1.5hrs
8pm bedtime
Morning ladies,
I really don't know what to get my lil lady for christmas she will be 6 months in jan.
People say that the door bouncers etc are bad for babies. I know she will love one as I did as a baby.
Any suggestions what to get her?
Thankyouuu ❤️

My dad threw out my breast milk that I pumped yesterday (2oz) I left it in the fridge as I usually give it to my daughter in the morning when I leave for work, however I knew 2oz wasn’t anything for my daughter so I decided to save it in the fridge and feed it to her tomorrow with whatever i pumped today, come to find out my dad threw it away because he thought it didn’t work anymore as the milk separated and he said it didn’t look like it worked.
I’m bothered because it’s now the 3rd time he does it. I’ve told him and showed him before what it looks like and that I have 4 days to freeze it.
Am I over reacting?

Hello everyone!
My firstborn has always had a slower hair growth but it was slowly getting there and I could do little hairstyles with it which she absolutely loved. But her hair is getting thinner and drier and nothing has changed health or diet wise. This picture is from March 2026 and I’ll post her latest one in the comments.
Do you have any tips? Or is this normal? Is your toddlers hair similar?
My 2nd born is younger by 2 years and she’s got so much more hair and it’s much healthier and longer.

Hi,
my little girl is 8 weeks old now and weighing a lovely 12 7oz 🥰
We have tried a variety of nappies since birth including Aldi Sainsbury’s Asda and Pampers.
We normally use Asda in the day and Pampers at night, she’s in size 2 at the moment and has started sleeping for much longer stretches 6+ hours and I’m finding we are having more leaks when this happens.
She sometimes has red marks on her thighs (she has some chunky thighs!) so I did think about sizing up to size 3 in the pampers and going for the baby dry range but I worry these would be too big around her waist!
Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations?
