I am currently 10 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I've been nauseous ever since I found out, with each week more intense than the last. How can I settle my stomach? I've gone through 4 preggie pop drop containers, and ginger ale helps only a little..

Real ginger boiled with lemons and honey. You could also try ginger candies, tea or sparkling water. Ginger and lemon tea and saltine crackers were all I was able to hold down in the beginning of my last pregnancy. I hope you feel better soon. 😊

Eating bananas really helped me, also if it gets unbearable your gp can prescribed antisickness medication as my doctor done so for me. Hope that helps x

Eating chicken broth with brown rice in the morning helped me. Also take your time in the morning getting up. I wish you the best! ❤️

I alsoused a cotton ball with a smell that was appealing at the time and would smell it when a wave would hit

Jolly ranchers and smoothies

I nibbled rich tea biscuits all day 🤣🤣

Eating little and often, I found lolly pops and fruit were really nice. Hopefully you won’t have long left of your sickness!

I didn’t try this myself, as I only heard about it after my nausea stopped, but as insane as it sounds, I heard slurpees helped a lot of women. 🤷🏻♀️ I know they’re not good for you to have often, but hey, if a little bit helps you manage, do what you gotta do. You can also get prescription pills for pregnancy nausea. My friend was on some and she said it helped her SO much, and a bonus for her is it helped her sleep at night

I tried everything and just yesterday I got mint life savers and so far they really seem to help

Sea bands. They are little bracelets that have a little knob on them, that sit on the pressure point on your wrists. That is the only thing that helped me

A midwife told me to increase the amount of protein in my diet and it actually worked for me! I started hard boiling eggs as a snack, although I know some people gate eggs during pregnancy...but anyway she said to add protein to everything I ate. So if I had fruit, for instance, have it with yoghurt or cheese or nuts etc...

Travel sickness bands, mints, fizzy sweets and peppermint tea all really helped me.

I was literally eating every hour but then tiny portions.
Took me a while to figure this out but worked beautifully with reducing my nausea.

Ginger tea and tums will save you trust me

Ginger pills

All of these replies were most helpful! Thank you girls! 💜 I'm going to go get myself a slurpee 😂😁 I'll be sure to keep all of these tips in mind, and use them as I see fit. You are all awesome!

My sickness was horrific I was given some tablets called cyclazine which are safe to use and literally helped me survive day to day. No sickness or nausea with them and you can take up to 3 a day. Hope this helps x
