Have I ovulated yet?

I am so confused? I still haven't got a peak reading or even a high reading and I'm on day 19 now?

It looks like you ovulated in cd 16?

Avatar

No. The test line will be darker than the control when you ovulate. You should test twice a day, because it can elevate quickly.

Hey, so if this is your first time tracking it may be that your app hasn’t calibrated to your test results yet. It looks to me like you ovulated CD16, as your results are super light now. The first time I tracked my app only found my peak for that cycle when I got my peak for my second if that makes sense? Do you track BBT? If you do, a temperature rise will confirm you ovulated lovely. Hope this helps x

I think CD 16 looks like the day

I usually take two pictures of the same test to be sure, sometimes it doesn’t come back as the same figure so I take a third picture to see which one it matches then I know which is more accurate!

Weird I know but helped satisfy my mind it was the most accurate.

I’m in my first cycle after an MMC and my results were a lot lower this month than normal xx

I suffered two miscarriages before I had my rainbow baby, born July. I found tracking ovulation with the sticks caused a lot of stress (without me realising) and I didn't conceive again until I stopped doing it, I even stopped tracking on the app, kind of gave up as it had been 6 months of intense trying and tracking/ monitoring etc and then bam I fell pregnant. I know it's the opposite of what you want to hear and it's really annoying but I do think there's something in it. Good luck ladies xxx

Looks like day 16 you might have, but you really should be confirming ovulation with the Proov tests (the PDG tab in this app)

Hi! I would recommend that you keep testing. I discovered I ovulate much later in my cycle and went a couple of months getting results like your photo thinking it was a peak but they just captured it wrong. Turns out I was missing the peak completely because I would stop testing too soon.

Try testing at the same time every day! Or even twice a day until you get a rough idea of when you peak. You’ll get there. 💙

Blood test

Im really nervous. Ive just had a blood test because I could possibly be pregnant again. Im only 9 months pp. please don’t judge me lol. I have been having symptoms but Im unsure on whether they are PMS or early pregnancy. Think id be around 3 weeks. However it won’t show up on a urine test. Has anyone else had this and only found out later and later than 12DPO? Im nervous for the results on Monday. I do really want another baby and we haven’t really been trying to prevent it but I also know it’s too soon. I think Id actually be upset if it comes back negative and I don’t know if thats wrong to feel that way at 9 months pp. we would love to have them close in age just wasn’t thinking this soon because honestly thought Id struggle this time around. I don’t know I suppose Im just getting this off my chest lol.

Positive PPROM stories

Been diagnosed with PPROM at 24+6 weeks. Completely out of my depth after having 3 straightforward pregnancies with no completions! I’ve been given steroids and am not having any contractions atm so I’m thinking they will let me go home soon with extra monitoring. Just looking for some positive stories and advice

Recent ultrasound shows PCO

I had an ultrasound on Tuesday and the results on my app say PCO on my left ovary.

I have normal periods that are regular my only symptom that I have been getting is brown egg white discharge once a month mid cycle which is why I went to see my GP.

I was googling last night and I’m scared that it will prevent me from getting pregnant again as we have been trying the last 3/4 months.

Can anyone share similar or positive outcomes? 😭🫶🏼

Colourism

So I am Canadian-Jamaican and it’s such a spicy topic regarding skin colour. I have always considered myself black as both parents are from Jamaica. Externally, my dad would be considered “mixed” which stems from slavery. His family goes 2 generations back of mixed heritage. My mom is the descendant of Maroons that escaped to the mountains of Jamaica. When people ask what are you mixed with? I give them the spunky response with, “my mom and my dad.” Or when I tell them both parents are Jamaican they insist I give them more of a response.

Now that I have my daughter I already knew I had no control what DNA did in terms of skin colour. My fiancé is a dark skinned man from Antigua. When our daughter was born, she came out lighter than me. She is now 6months and basically is my twin except for when she frowns, that is all her father.

Now my mom has her “light skinned preference “ and has made comments on me dating a dark skinned man and she has also made comments about my daughter and her “good hair” and “nice skin.” Even my own dad has also chimed in on the skin colour of my daughter.

As a kid I struggled with identity and my blackness in schools that were predominantly East Asian. The very few black students in my school never wanted to be my friend because of how “light” I was.

I know times are different for some kids, but I wonder if any other moms out there struggle with colourism within your family or in the public?

7mo still spitting up?

I thought he’d outgrew it by now! It’s just as much or maybe more. Anyone on the same boat? Not sure if it’s concerning, I’ll see his ped on Friday
