I would guess temperature too on the changing. Maybe try a wipe warmer. My daughter cried during diaper changes until we started using one. For the feeding- is he breastfed or bottle fed? If the latter, try having him sit up more instead of the traditional laying down on his back while feeding. Same for nursing, if possible. My daughter had reflux and my pediatrician told me to try that and it just became a habit and it helped immensely! I would also keep holding her upright like that after her bottle, during burping, and for about 30 minutes or so after, to help with the reflux. At 11 months old now she still eats that way and will cry, choke, and struggle if someone tries to feed her a bottle with her laying down in their arms (kind of like the traditional way to bottlefeed). I have to remind my mom and MIL of this constantly because they always want to feed her flat like that.
