Hey! I had PPD and PPA. It was hell and I was so ashamed of myself. I felt like it was my fault. It’s never your fault. It’s 💯 chemical imbalance. I’m here if you want to talk. Unless you’ve experienced it you just don’t know. People (well meaning) say the dumbest things. It’s sad but it’s not very well understood by the obstetrics/gynecology medical community. That in itself is a shame. We can talk in detail if u want to pm me.

Hi Rachael, I went through it myself with my 13 year old and also my 3 month old. It can be draining and scary all at the same time, but I want to commend you on reaching out to other moms out there. Let me know if you need to talk. I’m here for you 😊
