Wanting a supportive pregnancy pillow but I bought one on Amazon with good reviews and it’s terrible so sending it back. want one that’s quite thick and supportive

Does anyone know if facials are okay during pregnancy? I’d really like one nothing too intense would just be the usual deep cleanse moisturising etc
