I'm doing a calorie deficit the meal is 390 grams but the portion I have is 360 grams but my problem is it was a batch cook decided to 4 and this one is less how do I put it as if I only ate the 360 g of that 390 portion? My brains frazzled
How much are you actually feeding your LO at breakfast, lunch and dinner? Like what are the portion sizes? I never know whether I’m giving not enough or too much, especially as my LO’s appetite is up and down because of teething at the moment.

So I find that eggs from pasture raised hens have richer darker yolks and taste better…I found a dozen of pasture raised non gmo $4.49 which is not bad…any mamas think the color of the yolk is indicative of a healthier hen?
