Any recommendations on protein powder that doesn’t taste gross but has clean ingredients?

This is mostly just a vent. I’m 10 pounds down, and the only thing I have an appetite for is fried seafood. The problem? I’m landlocked in Colorado and vegan. Fml

I've tried some protein coffee and protein shake and usually my stomach is a bit upset after. Do I just need to get used to it or should I try powder?
I usually have toast in the morning and now I don’t know what else to make myself for breakfast that isn’t carbs…aside from an omelette/eggs in general.

Is anyone on Althéra, if so what’s your experience on it? My little one completely refused Aptamil Pepti 1 so the dietitian put him back onto Kendmail & his symptoms are still persisting. So we are now trying Althéra. Quite nervous his feeds are going to drastically drop again as we ended up in hospital last time.
Give me your best method for suppressing hunger and snacking. Can be the most unhinged ways, Im just curious on what others do to help stay in their calorie deficit 🙂

What could I add to up my carbs and protein throughout the day. Keeping it pretty high for my breastmilk while doing a calorie deficit.
