Does anyone know how many weeks after your 28 weeks scan your next scans are if you are high dependency?

I had a growth scan today at 32 weeks, 4 days. My sonographer said baby is measuring in 87th centile. I said well what does this mean? He said they’ll monitor it and I may have to go on a diet?
