Is anyone suffering leg cramps?! Keeping me awake at night…

I’m 9 weeks pregnant. I started spotting yesterday, very light pink just after using the bathroom. I’ve been told it’s normal during the first trimester, but i’m high risk & absolutely terrified of miscarrying. I don’t have any pain, no other symptoms & no blood clots- can someone explain what it might be?

I find it weird this going for long walks causes some mild cramping across my stomach. I keep doing it cause I know walking is good for me. Anyone else?

Just curious if anyone has experienced this. This is my second pregnacy (30 weeks) 11 years apart. I have excruciating pain every day from doing any physical movement. On my lower back that shoots down my leg and my pelvis to my thigh. What do you guys recommend? Thanks ❤️

My partner can't wait to feel the little kicks, I can feel movements internally but not really outside of my belly yet. How far along were you when anyone else could feel movements?
