What are the chances of my 2 year old catching something at soft play at this time of year?

Our house has terrible carpet that is coming apart. Need a play mat thats padded enough for when she falls back while sitting. Also helpful if the material is slip resistant as shes trying to learn to crawl. So far been using a big blanket but it doesnt give any grip when she's lifting to her knees.
