Game of Skill Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This competition ("Competition") is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. By participating, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter and are not prohibited from doing so under any applicable laws in your country of residence. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Peanut App Ltd are not eligible to participate.

2. Competition Period

The Competition begins on October 7 9am GMT and ends on October 14 9am GMT ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

To enter, you must: Download and access the Peanut App mobile application.

Follow the on-screen instructions to participate in the skill-based challenge or game that can be located in the "Village" part of the app.

Submit your entry before the end of the Competition Period.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Internet access is required.

4. Game of Skill

This is a game of skill, not chance. Winners are determined based on their performance, creativity, knowledge, or other skill-based criteria relevant to the specific game challenge.

5. Judging & Winner Selection

Entries will be judged based on: Their submissions to the question “Tell us in 100 words or less your most unhinged parenting hack? We’re not talking screentime & sweets. We mean truly unhinged”. Judging will be conducted by Peanut App Ltd or its designated representatives. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winner must be a registered active user of the Peanut App.

6. Prizes

1 x Oura Ring Gen 4 in your chosen size. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted. Peanut App Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Notification of Winners

Winner will be notified via email within 7 days after the Competition ends. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner may be selected.

8. Publicity

By entering, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, and country of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Intellectual Property

By submitting an entry, you confirm that it is your original work and does not infringe any third-party rights. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Peanut App Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display it for promotional or marketing purposes.

10. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that: Contains illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content; Violates these Terms; Involves cheating, tampering, or manipulation of the game or competition.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peanut App Ltd will not be liable for: Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Competition or acceptance of any prize; Technical failures or delays. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

12. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and only used for the purposes of administering this Competition.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English Law, without regard to conflict of laws. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Competition or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
