I thought I would create this group so we can support and share meal ideas to help us mummies be healthy and maybe loose any weight gained during pregnancy.
I am following slimming world as I have in the past but not going to an actual group.
My problems are I never know what to cook that both me and my partner will like (burgers if up to him) however although the dad bod is working for him this new mum one isn't for me π
