PGP- Pelvic Girdle Pain/ SPD- Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction

I’ve had pelvic girdle pain from around 16 weeks and I’m now in my third trimester - I’ve been basically house bound since then as I can barely walk, roll over in bed etc. just wondering if anyone else’s pain is more in their groin and thigh rather than hip?

Hi, this is my first pregnancy where I reach 12 weeks and I’m experiencing PGP already at 12 weeks pregnant, I called my midwife who wrote a referral to the maternity physio but she said it could take time to get an appointment.

How long did it take for you to hear from them?

How did your pregnancy go if you experience PGP this early? I’m a bit worried it’ll be hell for the next 2 trimesters…

Can anyone recommend a decent pelvic support band. I ordered one waited weeks for it to not fit or be suitable at all. I'm in agony and need to try somthing. Any help much appreciated.

Pelvis girdle pain 18 months after baby is born anyone still have issues

I dealt with spd very slightly in my first pregnancy, but it went away right after birth. But with my second I got the pain a lot sooner and a lot more painful. After giving birth it has been even more painful than it was when I was pregnant. I'm almost three weeks postpartum. Has anyone else dealt with this? How long does it take to heal? I'm scared to get pregnant again if it gets worse each time. I can barely walk around or move positions in bed without pain.
