I’m really struggling with my 4 year old. Her attention, listening and overall behaviour is making me so angry. Shes hyper all the time too and constantly climbs, screams, and generally doesn’t stop when asked - she takes things too far sometimes and hurts people (unintentionally).

I’m really starting to think she may have ADHD.

I know this sort of behaviour in 4 year olds is to be expected, but when should I be worried and seek advice? I spoke to the HV but just felt like it was shrugged off and was told they wouldn’t even look at it until after she’d been in school for a year or 2. I can’t wait that long.

Does anyone have advice? Or am I overthinking?

So I have a 4 year old who is a very girly girl. She has asked me to get her perfume that she can wear now and again but where do I even start?

I was diagnosed with PPA/PPD after she was born and it honestly gives me so much anxiety that perfume will really harm her.

Am I being silly? 🫣

Please be honest because I do feel like I’m a little too strict sometimes due to my anxiety and I don’t want that to impact her as she grows up.

My little girl goes to sleep between 7 - 7.30 and was waking at 6-6.30 but is now sleeping later somtimes till 7.30 which is then a mad rush getting ready for nursery! Im wondering should I get her ti sleep earlier. Interested in what others her age are doing regarding sleep

Is anyone else feeling anxious about being offered a school place? In my gut I feel we won't get our first choice and it is stressing me out.

Has anyone booked turkey this year for a holiday - with everything on the news I don’t know whether it’s best to avoid or if I’m being anxious for no reason. The area we were looking at is far from the areas that are of concern. Has anyone been recently?
