Postpartum bleeding

Hi Ladies 👋🏻 I had my little boy a week ago today and my bleeding was very heavy for the first couple of days and then went to the pink/brownish stage but for the last 4ish days it’s gone back to red. I’m not soaking through pads but deffo a bit messy when wiping etc. just wondering if anyone else has experienced this??? And also postpartum pooping, I went for a poo around day 3 which was solid and then I went for one daily but since today I’ve had diarrhoea and it’s not the most pleasant of colours.. I should mention I’m recovering from a second degree tear as well. Any help would be appreciated 💗

Hey mama congrats! Witch hazel pads, lots of epson salt baths (to keep the stitches clean) ice ice ice. Get a “donut” it’s something that helps to sit comfortably.

My bleeding is the same (2 1/2 weeks). Not sure how you’re feeding, but if you’re pumping and/or breastfeeding your bleeding can be heavier after that as it encourages the womb to contract.
I also suffered really bad with diarrhoea for a good few days, I found trying to eat better and drink more really helped. I found the first week really hard with my appetite etc.

Hiiii, congrats first!🥰
my little girl is 5 days old today, and I’m literally the same in time frame of this but have a few smaller clots and no tear just little graze thankfully but of what I’ve researched it is absolutely normal.
Lots of water and fresh fruit & veg. 😍😍😍

My little girl is 3 weeks old and I am still randomly bleeding ♡♡
I was told it can take weeks to stop qnd is completely normal 🥰

I had a C-Section and didnt poo for nearly 11 days 😫😬 towards the end I was in absolute agony. I was that backed up it was causing pressure on my scar 🥴

I think every ones body is so different.. your body heals in its own way 💚💚💚

Congrats ❤️ and hope the stitches aren’t too painful.
My little boy is 3 weeks today and my bleeding/poo is still a bit up and down light one day & heavy the next but all normal as far as Im told. Spritz for Bits spray really helped with my stitches ☺️ also doing my pelvic floor seems to have helped with the bleeding/diarrhoea xx

I’m breastfeeding and find even now 27 days pp I still have little bleeds. At first thought it was slowing/stopping but found every time I fed her I had a gush of blood.
As long as your not soaking a pad it’s perfectly normal
If your more active this can cause the bleeding to be heavier too.

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Hour night wakes and 5am get up

Can anyone shed some light as to why on earth my child doesn’t want to sleep??? My eyeballs are bleeding!!

Never been a good sleeper, but the problems always changing. He’s nearly 9 months old.

Beginning of the month he dropped to 2 naps. We could put him to bed at 7pm and he’d get up for the day at 6am, with multiple wake ups every 2/3 hours.

Now we put him down at 7pm, he can do a good 4/5 hour stretch, but come 1/2am he’s up every hour then getting up for the day at 5am. This then completely messes up the day because I can’t keep him awake long enough to even get to 7pm, let alone later.

He has 2 naps, roughly about 1hr10 each but it changed based on when he wakes and trying to get him to a reasonable bed time.

What could be the reason for this? 6am is fine, but 5am is not 😩😩

Every bath she goes in quite happy but will only stay like this for a very few mins, if I try to clean her or move her we have tears and after a few mins the same. It's like she is scared. Our current baby bath is quite big should I try a different one? Looking for any suggestions as want her to enjoy bath time not be upset and I'm scared I'm going to make her hate it😢💗

Crying during feeding

Hey mams! My girl is 6 weeks on Monday and is having so much trouble with feeding. It doesn’t happen every feed but more often than not she will start a bottle and just start crying as if she’s in pain and she can’t take the milk. I think it’s trapped wind but I genuinely don’t know what to do it’s so pitiful to see her not be able to feed! She’s formula fed and on HiPP Organic.
Anyone else been in this position? I’m pretty sure it’s just a bit of trapped wind that she needs to fart out but can’t! If anyone has any advice I’d be very grateful as I think I may need to tape my eyelids open soon 😂
