With my first I did a few days of different veg cut into finger sized pieces, then introduced some fruit, then dairy (yogurt on a preloaded spoon, cheese etc) then toast/pasta, then once she'd tried all the allergens just gave her whatever. Did lunch for a month, then introduced breakfast, and she was on three meals around 8 months. Will probably do something similar this time round

I have ordered Ella’s kitchen book from Amazon. As I have no clue what I am doing. It has all the information from day one + recipes which I I will definitely use 🤓

We're doing baby led and basically will be giving baby whatever we and my three year old are eating. Will make sure it's relatively easy to handle and low salt and sugar but otherwise will just let her dig in!

Frozen fruit too x

We started with single veggies pureed and finger foods for the first week and just started adding in a bit if breaky and fruit. Our first week was brocoli, courgette, cauliflower, carrot, potatoe, green beans, avocado, spinach Then tried raspberry, banana, strawberry, orange in a baby food feeder dummy (link below). With each meal we have pureed and finger sticks although she isnt too bothered about the sticks yet. For breakfast we have tried some banana in porridge, greek yogurt with pureed berries, raspberry and banana bread (just played with this) but i tried some 😆 and weetabix and banana. Funnily enough all the veggies we thought she wouldn't like she did and the ones i thought she'd love she wasnt fussed about 🤭.
