My little girl has always been a good sleeper (not sleeping all night) but would wake maybe once, twice, now she's waking up all night and refusing to settle most of the time. I know babies change all the time but the issue we are having is her and my 1st born share a room so she's waking him up most nights 🙈🙈 I don't know what else I can do but I'm back to work in a few weeks so would like it to settle down if possible 🤞🤞

My little girl was exactly the same - she would go back to waking up for a bottle in the night and sitting awake in her cot from about 3am until 5am when she eventually went back to sleep - the only thing that stopped it was she’s dropped a morning sleep (completely her choice!) and now she’s back to sleeping 12 hours through the night, does your little one sleep twice? Xx

Yes! Every few hours then is wide awake like it's play time it's draining 🙃 x

I’m at my wits end 😭😩. I thought it was because we had moved house but we’ve been going through this since 15th February. She falls asleep between 7-8:30 and is awake at 12 and then from there it’s just little bits of sleep, screaming or thinking it’s play time 🙈😩. Even co sleeping isn’t working. She sometimes will have one nap and sometimes she’ll have two. I don’t know what to do 🥴😩🙈

YES. My daughter was sleeping through the night at one point or even just waking up once. Now she wakes up shouting for milk which she never used to do and also wakes up 2/3 times. Knackered isn’t the word!.

In the same boat!
She'll wake several times in the night now and if she wakes around 2am-3am she's wide awake staring at me as I try and put her back down. Takes over an hour some nights to rock her back to sleep too... She's teething on top of the sleep regression too🙈 They tend to get it around this age or around the time they start crawling. And she's been like this for the past 2 weeks now and can last up to 6 weeks I've seen🥲🧟♀️

Same with the waking at 3ish for 2 hour chats/playtime/jumping on the bed!
We bedshare aswell so super tiring!
Hes also had more instances of only 1 nap in the day but makes no difference to night sleep!!
