Changing to Goats Milk Formula?

Has anyone moved their baby from cows milk to goats milk formula and seen an improvement in reflux/silent reflux?
My son is on Kendamil organic and I’m wondering if it’s too heavy for him and exacerbating his silent reflux, he on gaviscon too but recently he has been inconsolable with his feeds, drinking significantly less and obviously uncomfortable with his stomach acid as he SCREAMS when he burps

I haven’t tried goats milk, but I tried Kendamil for my baby who suffers from silent reflux and he was way worse on it than any other milk as it’s a really creamy formula. We are now on a prescribed milk for suspected mild CMPA and he is doing much better. However, I heard heard goats milk is very good for babies stomach, although I think it’s expensive to buy and I’m not sure you can get it on prescription?

I tried it with my eldest years ago, he was a projectile refluxer. The goats milk just made him worse. When we eventually saw a gastro consultant he gave us dairy free formula. He said goats and cows milk are very similar, so if bubs didn’t agree with cows then they won’t with goats either. Reflux is horrible, all 3 of my boys have suffered severely and all ended up dairy free. My gp has already agreed to give me a dairy free milk once baby 4 is here due to the family history x

We used Holle goat and reflux was bad. Now on HIPP AR and doing better but his poo is horrible. We have only been using it a week and I was told it should get better soon

Have you asked your GP about omeprazole for silent reflux? Helped my wee girl as gaviscon done nothing for her

I tried goats milk with my little boy as he has really bad reflux and potentially cows milk allergy. It was sooo thin so literally just spat it all back up straight away 😫

We switched to kendamil goat and it relieved constipation and sore tummy for mine x

I’m using nannycare for my little boy and it works wonders. He was in omeprazole but it made him so poorly! He wasn’t bringing any burps up and was causing him so much more pain. I took him off it and he’s a completely changed baby?

Colief drops

My 5 week old has been struggling with colic and reflux. I had just started him on colief drops and it’s telling me to wait 30 minutes before giving him a bottle 😭 it’s fine during the day but I most definitely cannot wait 30 minutes for his night feeds… can anyone help with this? Do you had to wait 30 minutes?

Not having a next to me crib??

just wanting peoples opinions on not having a next to me crib i have a mama and papas crib would this be okay to put my newborn (when she’s here) straight away obviously following safe sleep guidelines. the reason im feeling this way is due to me my partner and all my baby stuff are all sharing a room so just wanting to save space and save money on another thing they will only be in for a couple months. i’m also thinking it’s a good idea as i know a few family members who are now struggling to have their babies sleep in their cot. ( the mamas and papas cot is next to my bed anyways so it’s not as if i have walk to the crib in the middle of the night ) all opinions appreciated thank you!!

Would you call triage?

I've been having braxton hicks for about 1.5 hours, they're not painful but I have had a very slight period like pain. Moving and changing position doesn't stop them. I'm 34+4, would you call triage? I don't want to be a time waster.

Feeding baby

How does your husband give baby his bottle? Does he do so by extending his arm into babies crib or does he pick up baby?
My husband won't pick up the baby and feeds him while he's in his bassinet and seems to think its totally normal but it really bothers me! like just pick him up!!!!
