Have you ever made friend with another mom and just left out your sexual orientation because you felt like they'd get freaked out or stop wanting to talk to you? Like.. I just want a friend (particularly mom friends) who are fine with my as is and won't get all skittish or I feel I don't need to leave out details with. Am I the only one?

I’m not a mom yet but I’ve felt that way around just regular group of girls and honestly if you can’t be yourself around people then they aren’t meant to be in your circle and enjoy the company of your authentic self. You’ll find your ppl and they will genuinely care about you and also support you.

Biggest fear is telling someone you’re not hetero and they immediately think you’re interested in them. After I get to know someone, I tell them.

I don't disclose it because I'm fearful it will change the friendship

I never want to make anyone feel uncomfortable, there is still this misconception that we are attracted to all females. So I get to know someone then if I feel comfortable I will disclose or if they ask I will tell them.

Omg YES. But at this point I just mention my wife right away. That will scare anyone off. 😅 My son is also trans so we've had several people all of sudden ghost us.
This is me and my little hiker 🥾🤎
We love hiking and we’re looking for some new places to explore in the UK!
Any other hiking mums on here with little hiking buddies? Where have you been that you’d really recommend with little ones? We’d love some ideas for our next adventure 🥰✨

So my partner went back to work on Monday after having 3 weeks off. Monday itself wasnt too bad because I had made plans to see a friend, but yesterday I really struggled because we didnt see anyone. I have friends that I can message but its not really the same, and I have plans later in the week that im looking forward to but on the days where its just me and my two daughters(3 weeks & 9), I feel so alone. And it is only day 3 today so I know it'll get better but when my oldest (9) goes back to school next week I feel like its gonna be worse cos I will be on my own. Will it get better or will I just get used to it?

I think my husband has more faith in other men than I do. He keeps making comments on me sleeping with other men or chatting them up online. Who tf told him that other men were that interesting? I would sooner go home and play with my rose than I would entertain another man. Especially after the BS I've been through with hubs. I'm not one of those the grass is greener on the other side type of woman. I'm the type of person that enjoys my own company and would sooner choose to be alone than entertain another man. Men don't do shit but cause headaches and mess up your PH balance. Fuck them all tbh! He's lucky I'm still with him if I'm being completely honest. But let me just sip on this coffee.

Village life, will push you to open your doors wider ,literally and figuratively.
Meaning more people have access to you and your children, thus judgement.yes you will constantly be judged for just whatever. This is because this lifestyle is usually harmonious. But you will also live a little bit happier if you know how to live with people.
