Hey mums! My daughter is 12 weeks old and had a bedtime routine and slept through the night til 5.30/6am, but for the past few nights it seems to have all gone out the window and she won’t settle to go sleep at night and wakes up at 2 again. I’m not doing anything different and making sure she gets her calories during the daytime then dream feed at 11. I did google and apparently there can be a sleep regression at 3 months, has anyone else experienced this yet and/or have any advice please? X

oh no! Hope she settles back to her routine. It’s so frustrating isn’t it. X

My baby wakes 3 times in the night😵💫xx

hopefully they’ll sleep better soon. How old are they? X

There is a growth spurt and big developmental leap around 12 weeks which might be causing this! Hopefully it passes quickly for you x

thank you x

thank you x

I’m going through the same with my son 3month regression…slept till 5/6 am now wakes every 2hrs so I always give him the boob to settle him but it’s been nearly 3 weeks of this and it’s a struggle 😵💫 hard to function in the day is an understatement 😫

Currently going through this... She'd normally sleep 6-7h at night but for the past two nights she's been waking up every hour or so 🥴 plus mainly sleeps on me (just screams when on her back) and I'm only getting a total of 2h myself - so it's a bit of a shock to the system! We've also had some of that lovely cluster feeding last night.
Obviously we've been through all of this before but i must say this growth spurt hits differently 😴

Also the same, it’s taking hours to get her off to sleep. She’s back to waking as soon as I put her down.
Is anyone else’s wee one still wanting held all the time?
I find I can put her down (if she’s in the mood) for 20mins or so then she’s had enough and wants held again. This isn’t new, she’s always been like this. I guess I just thought she would of grew out of it a bit x
