Hello! I know the NHS don’t usually do this but I had my cervical length measured today at 34 weeks and it is just under 25mm (the cut-off number). Has anyone had this ? Could it mean higher risk of pre-term labour ?

I think it’s just your cervix shortening as you get closer to labor! If it wasn’t ruled an issue at anatomy scan then I wouldn’t worry about it!

As above your cervix just shortens as you get closer to labour. I’ve had a short cervix length of 19mm since 20 weeks and was put on medication. Now 35 weeks and still very much pregnant
