When you transitioned your baby to solid food, did you find that you had enough breast milk to feed without supplementing with formula?
I don’t make nearly enough milk and have to use formula, but I am hoping we can get rid of it once we go to solids.

Hi. Just to give you some reassurance as a low supplier / just enougher myself- yes 😊 my son is 7 months now and ive struggled with low supply since he was about 1-2 months old and he started drinking more i didnt have enough so had to supplement with 1 or 2 formula bottles a day.
I started weaning him about a month ago and he only recently started eating more decent amounts. Ive noticed in the last week or so that once hes eaten a good portion, he doesnt seem to want / need much or any milk, and is waking up less at night too so what i pump overnight isnt juat getting immediately consumed anymore. This morning i looked in the fridge and realised i had enough milk in there for nearly 3 x 180ml bottles ... i was gobsmacked and overjoyed! As thats never happened before. So yes mama, there is light at the end of the tunnel 🥰
