Hi ladies,
Have recently bought the Nuby Rapid Cool but every time I’ve used it the baby’s bottle has been too hot?
I pour the boiling water in, invert the flask, the light goes yellow/orange and then I pour the water once the light has gone green, but baby’s bottle is still too hot to drink.
This is my second as my original did the same thing so I thought it was faulty, but now I’m thinking I’m just using it wrong?
Advice please!

I used it and I let it be green for a minute or two before I poured it for the same reason. Nuby obviously think babies can take milk hotter than anyone else thinks they should take it!

Once i’ve put the lid on, I press the button once and then again because mine would just automatically go green sometimes and then i’d press it again and it would be orange so I needed to wait, then when it went green again it was always perfect temp x

Stupid question but are you waiting the 3hrs in between? & when it goes green, turn the nuby upside down so the liquid goes on the thermometer in the lid.. it may go yellow again and then turn it back once it goes green again then it’s definitely done x

I normally just put it upside down press the button it turns yellows and then keep it upside down and just check every couple of minutes if it turns green never really had a problem x

I found it better than putting it upside down and then back the normal way as that’s when the water was too hot x

no problem. I found that works the best for me if it’s still too hot I’d ask for replacement cause it could be faulty xx
