I see that a lot of babies eat weetabix for breakfast and I was wondering if there is a special baby one or if the one in the picture would be fine. It seems that it contains a bit of sugar and salt but I assume it is minimal. Is this ok for babies? My lo is 10 months old. Thanks :)

You might find the supermarket own brands have less salt and sugar (plus cheaper) but fine to give to baby.

Plus they eat less than the serving size anyway.

Are we giving it with cows milk? As I am not pumping and not using formula

you can use cows milk in food just not as a drink.

Yes I give half a weetabix to my twins most mornings with hot cows milk - they love it!

my baby eats a whole one now, greedy boy.

I will try it tomorrow morning. Thank you x

My LG has a full wheatabix. It’s like cement though. Be warned!! 🤣🤣

Weetabix is fine! I use the fake Weetabix from Aldi but only because it’s cheaper and I shop at aldi

that’s amazing! X

Little girl has 1 of these with whole milk and some fruit puree mixed in x

Weetabix is like the healthiest cereal option so you’re good

Yep we have Tesco version of weetabix… my son eats 2 🙈

My little boy loves his weetabix, he is 10 months and has been having them for a couple of months now. I use his formula milk but I’m going to start using warm cows milk to transition him. X

My twins don't seem to like it which is super annoying.

My little boy eats one weetabix with cows whole milk 😊 think we have asdas own brand though. Not much salt in those though so I'm sure that's fine. I know they aren't allowed over 1g salt per day, not sure about a sugar limit!
Other days he has 50/50 toast and butter, ready brek or toast with full fat soft cheese or avocado
