Sweep 2cm Dilated

I had my sweep done today at 39+3 and midwife said I’m around 2cm dilated.. just curious how long it took people to get into active labour from 2cm?

I had mine on Thursday and I was 2cm dilated, still nothing apart from my plug came away, having another on Thursday.
I had two with my little boy and unfortunately nothing happened 😩

With my first at 39+6 I was 2cm dilated and had my first sweep and they said my waters were bulging. My waters ended up going at 40+1 and she was born that night x

I’m the same 39+ 4 had a sweep today and 2cm dilated just want to know if this will work

Been 2cm since last Tuesday, had my third sweep today she said she could stretch me to a 3 but still nothing 😥

I’ve got my fingers crossed for mine to work I’m so fed up now want to meet my baby now

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Invited to a chuckie cheese party but I don't have money and don't want to tell my daughter that's why we can't go. Does anyone know how their parties work?

I'm not sure how chuckie cheese parties are. If they give you money to play or not if you're in the party. And then I'm wondering if it's an actual birthday party or if they're just going to chuckie cheese. Some guy in my building told me a couple weeks ago that his son's birthday is today and he's thinking of doing chuckie cheese. They sent an invite but I feel so insecure not being able to afford anything. Like if they don't have food for example. Idk what to do.

Owlet

Anyone else’s owlet driving them mad?? It goes off 5/6 times night saying it can’t get a reading and needs a snug fit. My baby is 8 months old so moves a lot. It is driving me insane and I keep end up taking it off! Anyone had similar issues?

20week scan!!

i had my 20week scan yesterday, everything looked okay on baby and we found out the gender!! it’s a girl 🩷🩷. but they said that my placenta is too close to my pelvis and they need to do extra scans to check on it? has anyone else been told this?

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

2nd pregnancy after c section

I’m not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but in the future possibly. I just wanted to know how is pregnancy after c section like my fear is having to go through another emergency operation or even putting strain on my incision during pregnancy
