Can I ask for those who wanted to keep baby next to their bed once they outgrew their bedside crib what did you use instead? A cot with one side down against the bed or a travel cot with a proper mattress etc? My baby has outgrown his snuzpod but I want to keep him next to me for a few more months as he’s still waking during the night to breastfeed, but I’m not sure what direction to go in!
Thanks! X

I bought a Chicco next to me forever!
I was looking at that but it’s so expensive! I was hoping there’s be a cheaper alternative! 😂 x

Ah yes it is pricey - luckily I found one that had only been used about a dozen times on Facebook marketplace for a third of the price - maybe worth a look on there. I couldn't find any cheaper alternatives when I was looking, although a cot with the side taken off might work as long as height matches your mattress?

My boy is in his full sized cot next to my bed with all the sides up. Took me a few days to adjust the way I get him in and out as all sides up but easy now and took him two days to adjust to more space
My son wakes still and is EBF so need him next to me the safest way xx

We have our one in a travel cot but with a proper mattress (not the one the travel cot comes with). We have just got her sleeping longer stretches so not sure whether to move her into her own room and risk messing it up or keep her in with us
