Naps great one day sh"t the next

Why is my baby great at self settling one day and naps really well then the next day (I've changed nothing) will moan and then cry like she doesn't know how to put herself to sleep?! It's so frustrating. I just want one good week. I do the same wake window times, wait for tired signs but then she just kicks off. Is anyone else's baby annoying? 7 months this week. Even the first.nap is just difficult. She's rubbing her eyes in the cot moaning and I just know I'll have to go in there and rock her and have her fall asleep on me. When I really don't want to. Postpartum rage anyone?

Just like adults do, sometimes they want more comfort and sometimes they don’t need it. It is hard when you have things you want/need to get on with and you know they’re tired but won’t fall asleep, but she is only 7 months old and there are lots of reasons why sometimes she might need a bit more to get to sleep than others.

My oldest is 2 and bedtime still seems to be different every time, it can be really frustrating and by the end of the day my patience wears thin too!x

Honestly I know I shouldn't get so frustrated but I think it just happens every other day and I just get so fed up and just anxious for the day 😭 I think the problem is is I have so many baby mummas who just don't have this problem

Baby sleeps with his head turned mostly to one side ?

Little one is 4 months and I’ve noticed he has a favourite side to turn his head and it’s very slightly flatter than the other side due to him always facing that way, even when he’s awake he faces one way. He can turn his head both ways but even when carrying him he always looks left. I’ve even tried switching his position in the crib but he still prefers one side. and When he’s sleeping I gently move his head to the centre so he’s looking straight but he moves it back to one side after a while. He does suck his thumb on one hand so I guess it could be to do with that? I just don’t want him to have a wonky head or face bless him, has anyone had this ?
I might go to the GP

Can you overfeed a formula baby?

My 5 week old is eating 4oz every 2 hours on the dot! Is it possible that we are over feeding him? No he does not spit up often, he will fuss at the 2 hour mark (wake up from sleep as well) until he gets his bottle.
We offer the pacifier after feeding sometimes but I’m worried about offering the pacifier when he fusses incase I miss the hunger queues.

Would you make a birthday registry for your kids?

My 2 sons are having their 3rd and 4th birthday together. Everyone’s asking what to get them and last year I told 2 people the same thing. I don’t want to do that this year. But I don’t know if it’s rude to make a registry or if people would feel some type of way.

Breast milk storage

Has anybody used frozen breast milk for bottles after they’ve passed the 6 month storage time? I’ve seen conflicting opinions, but i really want to believe it still has some nutritional value…. I have about 100oz unused and I’d rather not use it for just baths 🥲

What is teamwork?

My SO took the frozen breastmilk out of the freezer and left it on top of the freezer for the second time.
I can’t articulate all of the feelings I have right now.
“It’s just a bit of breastmilk”
I just want to curl up and cry but I can’t, I have a wonderful little baby to care for.
