Is this a normal feeling? I have 2 girls, one 13months and one 26 months so very close in age, I feel like since I've been back at work (I only work 2 days a week anyway) but she's CONSTANTLY attached to me, my leg, climbing on me, headbutting me and I find it SO overwhelming all the time, my toddler just cries all the time, at anything and I find myself feeling very anxious and overstimulated all the time to the point where I just don't think I'm enjoying it most days. Don't get me wrong, there's some lovely parts, but I just feel awful.

That's not exactly hating being a mum. That's just hating feeling burnt out. That's completely normal I think! x

Yes! I would say its normal. Parenting is hard š especially those younger years. Hang in there you got this x

Id say you are more touched out and burnt out. You need to find something to do for yourself and have some time to yourself to help recoup. Plus a really good nights sleep helps wonders x

It's normal at that age even if you weren't back at work
We found our baby is a baby girl this weekend.. I have been convinced she was a girl the entire pregnancy so it wasnāt a shock at all but just hearing it officially⦠of course I love her and Iām not evil, itās just a lot to adjust and I am feeling really stressed and a bit sad really. I feel guilty that Iām not as excited as I should be and currently donāt want people to know because Iām not ready to be super happy about it yet.
I have always pictured my life with a son one day and, for very personal reasons and life experiences, I feel a lot of stress when thinking about protecting and raising a baby girl in this world which Iām sure people can relateā¦
I am worried about protecting her, I am worried about not feeling the same bond from her as a son, amongst a multitude of other things. I am not feeling excited to buy frilly dresses or go to dance classes and I know it will all settle and logically I wonāt imagine life without her and I do love her, itās just overwhelming me..
Any advice⦠šø

Adding to all this penis talk lol
Donāt ask me how this came up but my husband was sharing his crazy patient surgery stories and randomly tells me about āthe biggest penis heās ever seenā. Reasonably I burst out laughing because those are words I never expected him to ever say š
.
Anyways he goes on to tell me how before the surgery he meets with this patient, who goes on to tell him about STIās and STDās gotten due to his extensive sexual history.
My husband says when he was on the table it all clicked and he understood why this guy had so many girlfriends šš¤£ he compared it to a footlong and is very clinical in general so I truly believe him.
All this to say Iām flabbergasted a penis that big even exists and I now need to know if anyone has had large penis run-ins with past partners?!

My girl is 10 weeks today and still wants feeding mostly every 2 hours, sometimes every 90 minutes. At night she typically goes 5-6 hours. She is having 4oz feeds and formula fed. I had it in my head she should be going 3-4 hours or even starting to show some kind of pattern by now. I feel like feeding 4oz every 2 hours means sheās being over fed. Is anyone going through similar?
