Adorable pic!
How many naps are they having? Is it time to drop one? My 2.5 often fights his nap and we just give up after a while and put him to bed at 6pm instead! He has quiet time in his room or independent play downstairs just to help him reset, if he won’t nap.

He only has 1 nap, which is around noon, and it usually lasts 1-2 hours. After that, his bed is at 9, cause of our schedule. He wakes up at 7:30 every morning.

Limit screen time. No screen time 2 hours before bedtime. Give him something else to do. No sugar before bed either. A nightime routine is important bath, brush teeth, choose pjs, choose bedtime stories
