33 weeks and dropped phone on bump

Has anyone dropped their phone on their bump. Went to get it from the side but was charged and fell on the side but top of my bump where my ribs are, is it something I should be concerned about?

Dont think you need to worry, I've bumped bump before but when seeing the midwife and at scans recently (33weeks now) they aren't gentle at all with what they do and the way they poke prod and push xx

All good, the amount of times my daughter kicked me while sleeping in our bed 🙈 it's actually funny as sometimes baby starts to move straight after like she wants to kick her back 😂

ohh really, that’s good reassurance, love it, she will get her own back very soon

Just remember baby is protected not just by your skin, you got the muscles and then there's the sack they are in with amniotic fluid so they are well protected

Visitors after C-Section

I’ve firmly expressed I don’t want visitors when we’re in the hospital and likely not for a while when home. I want us to be able to adjust but also for me to start to recover, I’ve got a condition that causes seizures and poor wound healing so anticipating it could potentially be difficult at first.

I don’t want to be unfair to people, but I know it’s going to be detrimental mentally for me to have people. I’ve been pushed on specifics on how long and said “we’ll say 2 weeks for now including the hospital and then let people know.” I can tell that my mom is not happy in the slightest and there’s been a few comments.

What do others recommend? Is it better to just grit your teeth and get people over to keep the peace? Is it wrong to want the space?

No bleeding after c section

9 days post op and I’ve not been bleeding at all.. I only bled some clots for the first 24-48 hours but nothing after that. Midwives are advising this is normal, has anyone else experienced no bleeding after c section?

Vbac hope!

I had an emergency c-section and like most it just was the complete opposite of everything I had hoped my birthing experience would be like. I’d really to try for VBAC next time but absolutely petrified of uterine rupture… anyone else the same?

Rolling 18 weeks

Hi Mama’s

My baby girl is 18 weeks, no sign of rolling tummy to back yet but can roll back to tummy with some assistance. Are your babies rolling yet?

She doesn’t seem to be pushing up much on her hands?

Any advice?
