Pregnacare & Osteocare together?!

Check the vitamins at the back of each box... as having too much of some is bad for baby development - like vitamin D

Best asking your midwife mine told me to only take the pregnacare x

You already get far more than the required amounts from Pregnacare because they are so hard to absorb. I wouldn’t add anything else apart from iron and Vit C, but that was on my midwife’s and GP’s advice.

Just go for a calcium only supplement.

My doc prescribed me extra calcium and vit d due to my bmi 😊
