What are some things that I actually need for postpartum recovery? I’m having baby girl naturally and due anytime between now and august 27th!
I have some:
-tucks pads
-adult diapers
-stool softener
-nursing pads
-breast milk bags
-peri bottle

A slew of vitamins to help your body recover. i.e. vitamin d, vitamin c, iron, magnesium, and prenatal vitamins still. Things to drink for hydration like body armor on top of water. Lots and lots of water. I'd get you a big cup so it feels like you're just drinking 3 or 4 big cups of water as opposed to 8 to 16 bottles of water in a day. Because the bigger number sounds really daunting even if it's the same amount.

The only things I really used a ton were the witch Hazel pads, dermoplast cooling and numbing spray and ice packs that I would stick in between my legs lol
