Any remedies or things that will help?? 27 weeks and having severe back pain. Sitting, laying, standing, just constantly hurts!!

I'd recommend a belly support band for walking around during the day (only a couple hours at a time tho), and then heating pads or an Epsom salt bath to help relieve the pain now/once it sets in! Just make sure nothing too hot, and only use a heating pad for about 10-15 minutes at a time.

Also I recommend going to a chiropractor! They’re trained to work with pregnant women and can help a lot! Might be a small temporary relief but it does help!

I went to a physical therapist and i totally understand. I can't go a whole day with out feeling pain. They did give some exercises to help!
